Time. We will give you a confirmation number, and secure your trade with
your credit card. In some cases when buying back large dollar amounts, a
10-15% transaction fee may be required at the time of booking. This fee
will be returned, with payment when the transaction is completed.
We recommend that you register and fully insure your package, and include a detailed contact packing slip with your name and phone number. When you call us and confirm your order, we will give you specific instructions on where to ship items. You may deliver your precious metals to us in person if you wish. Just call our toll free number to make an appointment. We are not able purchase from you without a pre-arranged appointment. We are active market makers in most precious metals. Call us for our current buy prices. Our minimum purchase amount is $500. We are sorry, but we cannot purchase smaller amounts. We mail payments the following business day after receiving your items. If you need a check overnight to you, we will deduct $25 to accommodate your request. Your transaction will automatically cancel out if we do not receive your package within five days. If an increase in the market price of the metal occurs, your credit card will be charged only for difference between your confirmed price and the market price. We are always looking for new inventory and do accept trade-ins. You may sell some of your assets purchased at higher levels to realize a capital loss and then purchase a similar product, but different enough to avoid the IRS wash sale rule. This allows you to keep your position and realize a capital loss at the same time. Please consult your tax advisor before making decisions of this type. We do accept consignments on occasion.
